ePARK provides services aimed at drivers and businesses, as well as administrative services for security companies and parking lot owners. For drivers, the company offers post-paid short-term parking, prepaid parking, and additional services. These terms govern the use of the services provided by Electronic Parking AB, 556871-1450 (ePARK). The terms regulate the relationship between ePARK and its customers. ePARK's services may only be used by legal entities and individuals over the age of 18.
Acceptance and consent to these terms are given when registering an ePARK user account or by starting a parking session, regardless of whether it is done via the ePARK app, on the website, or through ePARK's administrative procedures for business services.
By using ePARK's services, you consent to ePARK processing your personal data as described in these terms. All handling of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation for ePARK's role as either a data controller or data processor.
ePARK collects and processes personal data in order to provide, manage, and charge for its services. The personal data ePARK handles primarily includes the information you provide during registration and payment for services (email address, phone number, personal identification number, and vehicle registration number). Data may also be collected from sources such as population registers (name and address) or vehicle registers (owner, chassis number, etc.).
The data ePARK processes about you will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with the owner of the land where the customer parks, as well as with the responsible parking or security company handling operations, parking monitoring, and control at that location. Personal data may also be shared with debt collection agencies for payment recovery.
For purchases made via invoice for SMS parking, Electronic Parking AB will process your personal data as the data controller. The personal data will be processed, among other things, for the performance of the contract and for conducting identity verification and credit checks via external and internal databases.
ePARK reserves the right to retain anonymized data about parking sessions for statistical purposes, which will no longer be considered personal data.

The responsible authority in Sweden for issues related to personal data processing is the Swedish Data Protection Authority (Datainspektionen).
We share drivers' email addresses and contact information with the parking manager.
Rights for You as an ePARK User
As a customer, you have the right to contact ePARK in writing to:
Be informed about the data registered about you
Have incorrect data about you corrected
Be informed about how the data is used, the purpose of the use, which other parties the data is shared with, and when
Export your data to a standard file format
Have your data deleted (unless they need to be retained for legal or contractual obligations)
Opt-out of receiving communications from ePARK
Deletion of Data
Data related to customers/users of ePARK’s services is stored and handled no longer than necessary for the purpose of the services and in compliance with applicable legislation. Personal data stored due to legal obligations, such as the Accounting Act, will be retained for as long as required by law. Personal data that is not required to be stored due to legislation will be deleted after one year of inactivity from the customer/user. Location data for completed parking sessions will be anonymized after 90 days.
ePARK offers the following payment methods:
Paper Invoice means that those parking via SMS or the app will receive a paper invoice by mail, with an additional handling fee. The fee is 29 SEK for a 14-day payment period and 35 SEK for a 30-day payment period. The customer’s billing address is retrieved from the population register when applying to pay by invoice. Changes to the billing address can be made via the ePARK app or by contacting customer service. ePARK does not automatically update billing addresses. The customer is responsible for ensuring payment is made by the due date.
Email Invoice means that those parking via SMS or the app will receive a PDF invoice sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Monthly invoice with a 14-day payment period, no handling fee.
Monthly invoice with a 30-day payment period, with a 35 SEK handling fee. The customer is responsible for ensuring the email address is correct and for making the payment by the due date.
E-Invoice means that an additional 29 SEK administration fee applies. For Jönköping Municipality, please refer to the municipality’s website.
Direct Debit means that an additional 35 SEK administration fee applies.
Company Invoice means that the company pays for its employees' parking. The company is responsible for registering the email addresses of those employees for whom the company will cover the parking costs. Employees are responsible for using the correct email address in their ePARK accounts.
Company Invoice (ePARK Business) always has a 30-day payment period with a 35 SEK handling fee.
Credit Card Payment means that the driver registers a card for payment of parking fees. The customer is responsible for ensuring the card is valid and has sufficient coverage for payment of the services used. ePARK charges the customer’s card for parking when the session is completed, or accumulates several charges for parking into a single later payment transaction (charging the customer’s card).
Parking Credits means that the customer is given a credit balance by ePARK. Parking credits are automatically used instead of card payments if there are sufficient credits to cover the full ticket amount.
The customer is liable for the fees of the services through usage. ePARK reserves the right to engage third parties to handle the customer’s payments (including debt collection) for the use of ePARK's services.
When parking via SMS, where the customer does not have a user account previously registered with ePARK, a paper invoice is the default payment method. If the customer wishes to use a different payment method, they can change this via ePARK's website. The customer is expected to choose their preferred payment method.
ePARK charges an administrative fee of 100 SEK for refunding an incorrectly paid amount, due to the extra work involved for ePARK in processing the payment. Alternatively, ePARK offers refunds in the form of parking credits at no cost.
All card payments are processed by DIBS Payment Services AB, 556500-5021. ePARK never handles the customer’s complete card details.
Invoice payments (paper or email) are offered. In order to pay by invoice, the customer must be 18 years of age and registered in Sweden. Payment terms for invoices are 14 days. If payment is not made by the due date, a payment reminder will be sent to the customer, with a statutory reminder fee of 60 SEK added. If payment is not made as specified in the reminder, the matter will be forwarded to debt collection for recovery of the debt.
ePARK offers the following payment methods:

Customers using ePARK's services are responsible for:
Protecting their ePARK account with ePARK and ensuring that unauthorized persons cannot access the password. In case of unauthorized use of the customer’s account, the customer must immediately contact ePARK's support.
Ensuring that all information registered for each service is accurate. Fees may apply to customers who fail to register correct or complete information, for example, in the case of ePARK Quick.
Being liable for the service fees.
Providing accurate information when starting a parking session, such as vehicle registration number and parking zone.
Being aware that parking is considered started and completed only once a confirmation has been received.
Ensuring that the customer's mobile phone and internet connection are working.
If ePARK's services cannot be used for any reason, selecting alternative payment methods for parking.
Using ePARK's services correctly, and without attempting to gain unjust benefits by providing misleading information or using technical measures.
Complying with the parking terms and other regulations applicable at the parking locations where ePARK's services can be used, as determined by the relevant municipality and parking company.
Handling all communication and any processes regarding payment disputes with the relevant parking company for the specific location.
In addition to the basic services included when becoming a customer of ePARK, there is an option to expand the functionality and service level of the service by adding ePARK Premium to your account. The cost for ePARK Premium is 9 SEK/month, along with an administrative fee of up to 2.5 SEK per started/completed parking session. The monthly fee is free for customers who sign up between March 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025, and are subscribed for 24 months. The service can be terminated by either party with immediate effect and without notice period.

When using ePARK's payment app for parking, you have the option to use the service functionality without registering an account, through ePARK Quick. With the ePARK Quick service, you, as a customer, do not need to provide an email address and can start parking immediately, anonymously, by only entering the vehicle registration number and a payment method. For this service, an administrative fee ranging from 5 SEK to 15% of the ticket price is charged. The service can be terminated by either party with immediate effect and without a notice period.
You can also always choose to register an account to avoid the administrative fee.
When using ePARK's payment app for parking, you have the option to use the service functionality without verifying your account, through ePARK Quick.
Terms for Verified and Non-Verified Customer Accounts
As a customer, you can choose either to register a verified account or use our services as a non-verified customer. Below are the details for each customer category.
Verified Account
A verified account means that you register your personal information using BankID. When you verify yourself, you grant ePARK the right to retrieve your personal data from the National Personal Data Register. For information on how we handle your personal data, read §2 in our general terms and conditions. With a verified account, you get the following benefits:

Non-Verified Account (ePARK Quick)
As a non-verified customer, you are subject to the terms of ePARK Quick. With ePARK Quick, you can use our services without registering your personal information. The advantage of being an ePARK Quick customer is that you can quickly use our services, such as short-term parking, without the need for registration.
For this service, an administrative fee of 5 SEK to 15% of the ticket price will be charged. The service can be terminated by either party with immediate effect and without a notice period.
You can also always choose to verify your account to avoid the administrative fee.
Fees and Use of Services
Please note that different fees may apply depending on which customer category you belong to. Regardless of your customer category, you can always park.
The following are not the responsibility of ePARK:
Ensuring that the customer complies with applicable laws and regulations concerning parking.
Incorrect information provided by the customer during parking payment, such as incorrect registration number, incorrect parking zone, or incorrect personal number.
If another party uses the customer’s account.
Damages, consequential damages, or any other consequences, whether direct or indirect, that affect the customer as a result of using the services, unless Electronic Parking has acted grossly negligently towards the customer.
Loss of profit caused by interruptions or other errors in the service.
Applicable parking fees and other parking conditions are regulated by the relevant city and parking company. Therefore, ePARK is not responsible for providing such information to the customer. ePARK applies standard rounding and may add a minimum fee and service charges.
ePARK reserves the right to deny certain customers or vehicle registration numbers from using ePARK's services. This may occur, for example, in the event of non-payment or attempts to misuse the services with misleading information. ePARK also reserves the right to terminate an ongoing parking session.
ePARK reserves the right to deny a customer the option of being billed via invoice. In such cases, the customer is responsible for handling payment for the relevant parking session through an alternative method.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an agreement within 14 days of the purchase, provided that the service has not been fully executed. If the service has already been fully executed (such as in the case of parking services being used), the right of withdrawal does not apply.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must inform ePARK within 14 days by sending a clear statement of their decision to cancel the contract. This can be done by contacting ePARK’s customer service.
If a customer wishes to file a complaint regarding ePARK's services, they should contact ePARK’s support team. ePARK will investigate the complaint and respond to the customer as soon as possible.
All intellectual property rights related to the services are the property of ePARK. By using the services, no ownership rights to these intellectual property rights are acquired. No rights are granted to copy or use the intellectual property in any way other than as described in these terms and conditions.
