During the fall of 2024, Stena Property Gothenburg conducted a comprehensive procurement process to find a partner who can streamline the company’s parking operations. After a thorough selection process, they chose to sign an agreement with ePARK Group, which will now be responsible for parking across Stena Fastigheter’s entire residential portfolio in the Gothenburg area.
For several years, Stena Fastigheter has invested in digitalization to reduce administration, increase efficiency, and improve the customer experience. The collaboration with ePARK Group is a step in that direction and aims to optimize the management of parking solutions. This will lead to a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for tenants. By outsourcing the parking operations, Stena Fastigheter can focus on its core business while benefiting from ePARK Group’s expertise in the area.
Scope of the Agreement
The agreement means that from September 1, 2025, ePARK Group will manage approximately 6,000 parking spaces in Gothenburg, Mölndal, and Kungsbacka. Although the agreement takes effect in September 2025, intensive work is already underway to inventory spaces, implement new routines and digital processes, and ensure a smooth transition.

Digital Platform in Focus
A key part of the collaboration is ePARK Group’s advanced digital platform, which enables the automation of administrative processes. By integrating all parking systems within Stena Fastigheter’s portfolio, ePARK Group can streamline permit management and administration, reducing the need for manual work.
