ePARK Group extends long-term partnership with Parkering Malmö

ePARK Group has, following a completed procurement process, been awarded a contract extension and renewed trust for up to 10 years.

The agreement with Parkering Malmö runs until January 2036 and ensures that residents and visitors in Malmö can continue to use ePARK’s digital solution for short‑term parking and EV charging on parking areas owned or managed by Parkering Malmö. After the procurement, ePARK Group was selected as one of four providers of digital payment services. The agreement places clear focus on user‑friendliness, accessibility, and cost efficiency.

Seamless EV charging directly in the app
ePARK’s solution makes it possible to manage both parking and EV charging in the same app. Users can easily start, monitor, and stop their charging session directly from their mobile phone, enabling a unified and intuitive experience for EV drivers in Malmö.
In total, the agreement includes approximately 800 charging points with integration to multiple charging operators and support for a variety of charging standards.

Free e‑invoice and no card fees
As part of the service, ePARK offers free e‑invoicing, allowing users to conveniently collect and manage payments for both parking and charging without extra costs.
Payments made with Visa and Mastercard are completely free of charge once the account is verified with BankID – no service fees apply.

The agreement is designed to make everyday life easier for Malmö’s residents and the many visitors to the city.
With modern digital solutions for short‑term parking and EV charging, users can easily start, stop, and pay for their sessions directly in the app – quickly, smoothly, and securely.

Through ePARK’s user‑friendly app, both residents and visitors gain flexible and time‑efficient access to the city’s parking facilities and charging infrastructure.
