Malmö City signs agreement with ePARK Group for digital short-term and residential parking

ePARK Group has signed a new agreement with Malmö City regarding digital payment services for parking. The agreement, which started on June 1, 2026, has a contract period of 2 years, with the option for Malmö City to extend for up to an additional 2 years. The agreement means that residents and visitors in Malmö will get access to ePARK's digital parking solution for simple and secure management of parking on the city's parking areas.

Digital parking solution for short-term and residential parking in Malmö
The agreement is based on ePARK's established mobile payment service. The service can be used via app, SMS, web, and voice response, with payment by card or invoice, giving users flexible and accessible payment options. The service is completely free of charge for the driver — the only cost is the actual parking fee. The digital solution is designed to be easy to use and contributes to more efficient parking management in the urban environment.

Smooth handling and payment of parking
With ePARK's service, users can start, stop, and manage their parking directly via mobile, without the need for physical parking meters. The ability to pay by card or invoice creates a secure and flexible user experience for both private individuals and residents. The digital management provides better oversight of parking times and payments, and reduces administration for both users and the city.

A comprehensive parking agreement in Malmö City
The agreement with Malmö City is significant in scope, and the partnership is part of Malmö City's long-term investment in digital and scalable solutions that simplify parking, improve accessibility, and contribute to a more efficient urban environment. High accessibility and operational reliability are also key priorities.
