ePARK Group wins new authorization agreement with the City of Västerås – expands digital parking coverage

ePARK Group has been awarded a new authorization agreement with the City of Västerås, continuing its role as provider of digital parking services.
The collaboration is now expanding to include an additional 1,500 parking spaces across Västerås.

The new agreement, which comes into effect in November 2025, ensures that residents and visitors can continue to use ePARK’s digital solution for short-term parking on the city’s public parking areas – both on-street and off-street.

No fees for card payments
As part of the service, ePARK offers free card payments, making it simple and convenient to pay digitally without any extra charges. Payments with Visa or Mastercard are completely free of fees.

Strong regional presence in Mälardalen
With the renewed agreement in Västerås and existing solutions in Enköping, Eskilstuna, Nyköping, Norrtälje, Vaxholm, Södertälje and the Stockholm region (including Sollentuna, Sundbyberg, and Arlanda), ePARK strengthens its position as a leading provider of digital parking services in the Mälardalen region.
This provides a consistent and user-friendly parking experience for residents, commuters, and visitors across the entire area.

simpler and safer parking in Västerås
The goal of the new agreement is to continue making everyday life easier for the city’s approximately 160,000 residents and all who visit Västerås.
With ePARK’s modern digital solution, finding and paying for parking becomes faster, easier, and more secure.

A digital solution for a sustainable city
Through ePARK’s app, both residents and visitors can access the city’s short-term parking directly from their mobile phones.
This offers greater flexibility, better control, and saves valuable time – while the City of Västerås continues its efforts toward digitalization, improved service, and a more sustainable urban environment.
