Meet Agustinus – senior full‑stack developer with a focus on AI

Our tech team has gained another strong addition – Agustinus, who joined us in February. He lives in central Stockholm and has a background as an entrepreneur, system developer, and consultant.

Over the past five years, Agustinus has run his own company where he developed a digital platform for heat‑pump installers. The platform included digital customer onboarding, automated quotation tools, direct ordering from suppliers, and various machine‑learning features to streamline workflows. In parallel, he has also worked in consulting roles within the heat‑pump industry and with SaaS products.
At ePARK, Agustinus will work closely with the development team and contribute to advancing ePARK’s technology platform and the way we work with AI.

Who are you?
I’m an engineer at heart who loves solving complex problems that actually make a difference. I thrive when technology can simplify something for people or businesses. I love learning new things, and right now AI is my main focus. I also enjoy working in environments where you can move fast, test ideas, and continuously improve things.

What are you working on at ePARK Group right now?
My current focus is reviewing our codebase and our ways of working from an AI perspective. The goal is to find a strategy for how we can develop in a more AI‑first way. This includes how we use AI in the development process, how we ensure code quality, and how we make sure everything is done responsibly from a compliance perspective. I firmly believe that the right use of AI can boost the entire team’s productivity and quality. At the same time, I want to support the team in moving development forward.

Why did you choose to join ePARK?
What I really like about ePARK is that it feels like a fast‑moving tech company with a scalable product and great growth potential. The organization is quick, flexible, and highly customer‑focused. There is a clear ambition to solve problems and make customers satisfied. There are also many exciting challenges and the opportunity to deliver real customer value in a short time.
At the same time, ePARK has strong backing from SKIDATA and ASSA ABLOY — a very interesting position to be in right now.

What have been the biggest challenges so far?
Setting a long‑term strategy for how we should work with AI in development in a structured way. AI is evolving extremely quickly, so it’s about finding the right balance between leveraging opportunities while ensuring quality, security, and long‑term sustainability in our systems.

What do you do in your free time?
I live in central Stockholm with my family. I moved here this past summer after previously living in Nykvarn, and I came to Sweden from Indonesia in 2007. In my free time, I spend a lot of time with my two sons, and we enjoy visiting museums — for example, the Swedish History Museum, the Technical Museum, or the Army Museum. I think it’s important to give them a foundation in science and history.
My wife and I also sing together in a church choir, where we participate in Sunday services and concerts twice a year.

I also like working on cars and doing hands‑on projects where you can see the results immediately. When the weather allows, I enjoy motorcycle trips with friends around Sweden — and soon it will be time to bring it out for the season again.
