Meet Mathias – new business developer with a focus on efficiency

I have a broad background in parking, technology, and property-related operations. Most recently, I come from Boozt, working within logistics. Prior to that, I spent three years at Smart Parkering in several roles, with a focus on technology, projects, and business development.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a property technician at Ängelholmslokaler and as a technician at Sipla Nordic. Altogether, this has given me a strong practical and technical understanding of how complex systems function in real-life environments.

My role at ePARK
At ePARK, I am responsible for customers in southern Sweden – from Ystad to Växjö. I bring with me a strong industry network and a deep understanding of parking solutions, from both the customer’s and the operator’s perspectives.

What I appreciate most about the parking industry is that it is often misunderstood. There are many misconceptions – and that is exactly where the opportunity lies. With relatively small means, we can create great value for customers and truly make a difference.

What I contribute
I see myself as driven, curious, and efficient. I have a humble approach to complex systems and am passionate about making difficult solutions simple, intuitive, and value-creating. Efficiency is a strong driving force for me – I don’t stop until I’ve found the best way to solve a problem.

Change processes are important to me: influencing, improving, and optimizing processes with customer value always in focus.

My first impressions of ePARK
ePARK is a unique place – positioned between a system provider and parking enforcement. It is a transparent company that acts pragmatically, with solid craftsmanship and intuitive solutions.

A bit about me personally
In my spare time, family comes first. I live in Helsingborg and have two sons aged 2 and 6. A lot of time is spent at our cottage in Lihult by Lake Bolmen. Sauna and cold bathing (the best combination, in my opinion) are major interests, as well as fishing – especially trolling for zander, which is an excellent food fish. Renovation projects and a general interest in technology also take up time when I’m not working.

I am educated in industrial studies but realized early on that a monotonous path was not right for me. I am driven by leading, developing, and building – that is where I truly thrive. Looking forward to continuing the journey together with ePARK.
