Zayda celebrates one year at ePARK – from property management to digital parking solutions

Zayda works as a business developer and has now completed her first year at ePARK. With a solid background in property management and extensive experience from both private and municipal real estate companies, she has quickly become an integral part of the team. Her passion for customer-centric solutions drives her to consistently deliver the best possible results.

Who are you?
I studied property management at the Göteborgs Fastighetsakademi and worked for many years in the real estate sector. My career began at Västerstaden in Gothenburg, followed by roles at Balder Fastighets AB and the District Administration of Gothenburg City, where I was responsible for the city’s strategic properties. After several years in real estate, I decided to change paths and entered the parking industry. That’s when I was headhunted by ePARK, and I was genuinely impressed by the technical solutions and systems they had developed.

Why did you choose ePARK?
I chose ePARK because their systems are both user-friendly and flexible—qualities I highly value in meeting customer needs. For me, it’s essential to truly understand what the customer requires and to always deliver what I promise. At ePARK, I have the opportunity to work closely with customers, set up zones, budgets, and reporting according to their specific needs—quickly and efficiently. It’s a company that is both agile and professional, and I feel we consistently deliver at a high level.

How would you describe the culture at ePARK?
I would describe the culture as very open and inclusive. We have a workplace where we enjoy ourselves and where there’s always room for honest discussions. We talk about everything from minor details to major strategies, and there’s an amazing energy that motivates us to achieve our ambitious goals. What I appreciate most is the diversity of our team—we come from different backgrounds and experiences, which allows us to view challenges from multiple perspectives. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by so many creative and skilled colleagues. I learn something new every day.

What do you do when you’re not working?
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and gardening. I enjoy planting seasonal flowers and decorating the garden. I also love skiing in the Norwegian mountains and often visit my hometown of Strömstad, where I have strong family ties.
